South: Upto Bannerghatta National Park South South East:: Upto Attibele (Tamil Nadu border) South East: Sarjarpur rd ( upto Tamil Nadu border) North: Where Moshi is now East: Whitefield ( IT parks mostly) West: Upto Nelamangala (Transport hubs) South West: Magadi rd, Mysore rd ( Villa) All these areas minimum 25 to 40km from City Centre.

Its very common in metro cities earler.Now a days Tier 2 cities have such types of appartments too.

It's not that all people like to stay in such apartments. It's that people don't have any choice. An simple 3 bhk apartment alone can cost crores of rupees. So a middle class salaried person simply cannot afford to buy a house which can cost multiple crores. Although these apartments offer some good amenities & security but lacks space. They are only suitable for nuclear families with 3/4 family members at max.

It is NIKKOO HOMES and not NUKKU HOMES., situated in Bharatiya City, which is a mixed use facility. It has huge offices, Bharatiya City Mall along with Nikkoo Homes. He verbally told properly but wrongly mentioned on the screen. Like this there are several gated communities which has mixed use facilities in Bengaluru.

My brother, this was a very small apartment. If you come to Mumbai and see, you will see the whole world inside the apartment. You will also find swimming pool and park inside the apartment. You will not need to take any of your belongings out of the apartment.
