Shia and Sunni are 2 types of groups in Islam. Their culture is different. For example: Shia people wear black clothes while Sunni people wear White clothes etc. I don’t know much about them like Pakistan is a Sunni Islam country while Iran is a Shia Muslim country etc.

But they accept that women wear a veil that uncovers their faces and then the Islamic religion does not say that it is compulsory for every woman to do what she wants and how she should feel she is. The Pakistan - Hated Symbol - "Love" is only TECHNICALLY correct, as that flag (Technically) encompasses Trans people, who Pakistan outwardly supports, unlike most of their neighbors. In fact, Gender transitions are allowed in Islam as long as the transitioner has permission from the local mosque first.

But also: Pakistan has LGBT+ employment discrimination laws for gender identity (so, really, just the 'T') in all employment. Surgery is not required to transition in Pakistan. Pakistan has a third gender standard in legal recognition, and is the only Muslim-majority nation to do so, with the exception of Bangladesh & Kenya (Kenya has Muslim as a secondary majority, though, so it doesn't really count). Goods and service discrimination laws for third gender is covered by Pakistan. I'm pretty sure there is more, but I couldn't find any thing too concrete.
