It's fun to watch your videos, Phil. I am a Pakistani who has lived outside Pakistan for over 15 years. The garbage you see littered everywhere is because the local authorities are incompetent and corrupt. The city's waste management is a nightmare. Only in the posh and upscale areas will you see clean streets. Otherwise, it is an absolute nightmare. All the taxpayer money is squandered through corruption by the politicians, the bureaucracy, etc.

I feel like i am travelling on the train 😂 while watching this 😂 so amazing.

I also work in railways but im sorry that no one was their to guide you properly ☹️
