Tata's edge is certainly not price but safety, quality, space and new age designs. Tata gives us affordable EVs, no doubt about that. But the regular cars are priced similar to their counterparts, even more in some cases!

Tata Harrier, MG Hector, XUV700, Scorpio, Toyota Fortuner are proper full size SUVs, hence they cost much higher. But still Scorpio costs on a similar level as a small SUV so you can understand why it sells so much.

Tata Nexon, Tata Punch, Mahindra XUV300, Kia Sonnet, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite - These are sub 4 metre SUVs, which means their length is lesser than 4 metres, and so cost less.

Tata is not only brand but also emotion of india 😍

In India now a days, house maids use scooter. Owning car is not a big issue as good second hand cars are available around 1 lac.

Well Imman n Mozzam i do have Ford Ecosport & Mahindra Xuv 300, but the tragedy happened with me is when i have purchased Eco sport, ford has left India after 2 months. Now Ford is not in India but I m very happy with Ford Ecosport.. N yes jiske pass SUV hai, wo bhi aapke videos dekhte hai.. like me..😊😊😊

Had poor experience while driving Tata Harrier for few months, it was very talked about SUV when released, but creates high pressure at elbows and footwell is very narrow as well. By now, it's sales have got impacted too. Won't recommend.

Toyota fortuner is not worth with it's price, because we get Scorpio N with similar features in less price compare to fortuner.

Hyundai Creta is not a mini SUV it is not sub 4 metre. Creta and Kia Seltos are mid size SUVs which are SUVs but still car-like, so easier to drive, and so sell in very high numbers.

This is top 25 selling SUVs there are more other but couldn't succeeded to be in the list of 25 . Here in India only luxurious cars are out of the range of middle class like Audi , bmw , Mercedes, Volvo , range rover rolls Royce . But the hatchback and SUVs and mpvs are in the list of middle class . to be honest this cars are costly for Indian standards coz of GST text 😏 . Therefore u have to compromise 2-3 lakhs n buy lower varient from perticular car brand coz of high prices . Anyway I am glad first time u both react to my recommendation 😉 . God bless u . 10:10 Not sure about SUVs, probably they don't find compelling market there but... some companies in Pak like Karakoram Motors are now focusing on electric cars... which is a good thing and futuristic too. CoVid didn't have much impact in Pak as compared to India, but its automobile industry got a hit and since then the economy is in peril, so the industry has yet not recovered.
