Hello! I'm Anthony. An independent artist and illustrator based near Paris in France. Watercolor painting was my first passion. So a few years ago I took out my old paints, and rekindled my love for watercolors. I decided to start charting some of my watercolor experiences in the form of my blog, “WatercolorAffair.com” (and now through my KZread channel). My objective was to start sharing some of my hard won knowledge in the hope that it will help and inspire others to paint with watercolors!
Thank you for following !

Your tutorials are so well made, the shoot is simple and comfortable to watch, the steps are organized and easy to understand, your voice is calm and the instructions are clear, they send sparks in my heart for painting, thank you for sharing! 🌻
Thank you man.. I am basically a beginner, I was worried because I didn't properly know how to paint still life with watercolours The reason for me worrying was because I bought expensive watercolour supplies and didn't really know how to use them.. But thanks to you my paintings are much better now, thank you so much!
Hey, just wanted to let you know that your tutorials have helped me a lot.. Thank you.

Nice of you to say 🙂
Excellent thank you.
Your tutorials are wonderful, Anthony. Oranges always mean Christmas to me because that's when they ripen in California, where I grew up. I love this painting. What is your little portable light source, and where did you get it? Really works well. I've looked all over for something similar without luck. 🎄

Thanks for your kind words Laura! The light I use is a photography light (I've added a link to the description underneath the video) It's great because I use a mini tripod to position the lamp wherever I need it!

For tangerines I know only one version. In our parents and grandparents times tangerines were available ONLY before Christmas. I times of PRL that was nothing in shops
