You will want a thin paint consistency when painting any dusts, this includes the Elite Collection (not Master Elites). Use 1/32nd of a tsp of powder to just a few drops of Everclear! You can find Everclear at your nearest Alcohol and Spirits Store, you cannot purchase it online.
