The kit cover the all 4 wheels... what about when you need to replace the brakes pads... did hyperdip peel off

was there any residual overspray on the panels of the truck? i actually really like the look of these rims in that color on your truck. do you plan on having the rims stick out any further?

I had no overspray on the rest of the vehicle. Only the portion that you saw me removing on the wall of the tire :)

How did it hold up? Guessing by the palm trees you don’t see snow. Did it begin to chip after you put some miles on?

Yeah I’m in south FL so there’s no snow but plenty of intense rain storms and heat. I never had any chipping or peeling with this product. Looked perfect until the day I took it off. I’ve used this on a few of my vehicles and friends and it’s always turned out great

Any plans on lifting it? A 4+ inch lift plus sum mud grapps wud look killer !

How was the durability 2 years later?

What happens when you have to rotate tires? Does it peel off the lug nuts?

Thank you! I used the Piano Black. It’s kinda of like a matte black with some sheen on it. It is not a gloss black at all if that’s what you’re looking for. I think it looks great though

Put my stock 2015 f150 rims on my 16yo sons 2005 f150 after we restored it. He'd love them blacked out and I plan to show him this! Thanks for the video!

Very little at all. Plus, with this product, you can easily wipe it right off with a microfiber towel

Still looks the same as day 1! I will say it came out very matte which was a little different than what I was going for, but the durability is as good as ever. I’ve sprayed it directly with my electric pressure washer and it held up perfectly

I could not agree more! I think having an even tint job on the whole truck will really pull the look together. Plus I need it with how hot it is where I am haha

i’ve paint coated my stock rims and seen how they hold up, however i had a cover for the hub and lug nuts, i ended up buying a set of rims, that by far surpassed the look of the stock rims, and monthly payments of 40$, it was a great investment. if he went with some rims he liked and made that investment, it would Personalize and transform his truck to stand out from the rest

I had a lengthy stay at a tire shop the other day and saw several people getting new rims. It really changed the look of reach vehicle. They even made a Prius look less uncool.

@@javierst.martien4232 It was the stock hub cover cap that covers the Lugnuts and hub on the rim itself you pop it off and then you’re able to get the Lugnuts to takeoff the tire so in my situation I was able to paint the cap and not worry about the paint chipping on the Lugnuts because the Lugnuts were behind what I painted

Something isn't right... look at Fonzies wheels and his look wet like clearcoat over top. I wonder if he's leaving something out that he didn't tell in his video. I was getting ready to buy the piano black, but I want it to be GLOSSY. Your truck still looks awesome!

I thought the same but went back and watched Fonzies video. He uses emerald metallic hyper dip. Does have a bit more shine. Although the piano black seems to look darker, deeper black.

I imagine the only problem would be with removing lug nuts and the dip coming off.
