Painting from Nothing - How to create a masterpiece from your Imagination

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

in this video, you will watch Stefan Baumann talking to his class about Painting from Nothing - How to create a masterpiece from your ImaginationInspiring. How to paint original paintings and compositions.
Millions to paint outdoors This video is to Touch Move and Inspire. Get a free Book at his website www.StefanBaumann.com. The paintings of Stefan Baumann reveal the true spirit of nature by transporting the viewer to distant lands that have gone unseen and undisturbed. With the huge success of Baumann’s weekly PBS television series “The Grand View: America’s National Parks through the Eyes of an Artist,” millions of people witness for themselves the magic Stefan portrays on canvas, his passion for nature and the American landscape. By distilling his love of nature into a luminous painting of brilliant, saturated color that transcends conventional landscape and wildlife art, Baumann has captured the hearts and imaginations of a generation. Each painting becomes an experience rather than merely a picture - a vivid manifestation of his special and personal union with nature and the outdoor world. Through his mastery of light, color and artful composition, Baumann invites you to experience nature in its purity. It is no wonder that for many years distinguished American collectors, including former presidents and financial icons, have sought out his work.

I have stopped looking at all other art videos. Your videos are more than enough for one artist's life progress. My art has improved after watching your videos. Thanks.

When I first started painting, I would make up scene's or landscapes. Now and again I do it and find it the most interesting and satisfying way of painting. That pine martin painting looks awesome by the way.

So... I ended up, homeless... So no where to paint... Eventually I broke, after over a year, I started to paint my car with oil based acrylic paint pens. People love it! I'm really only learning, and Bam, you pop up again!

Perhaps I have an overactive imagination, I was afraid you were hurt in the fires. So glad you are OK! You & your family are in my prayers, along with my daughter and her family in Carlsbad. Be safe, you are such a wonderful teacher. The world needs more people like you.

Im a beginning artist and I just started watching your videos. I really enjoy your philosophy of painting as well as your techniques and ive learned alot within such a short time. I am that person that can get lost online for hours looking at all things painting and its a relief to have found you cause i do feel I can stop, and unplug. At least take a break. I paint mostly abstract and ive heard you say your not such a fan but you really speak to me when you talk about passion and becoming the paintong by not painting things. Anyways, i just wanted to say thank you and i appreciate your knowledge.

Hi SB, I'm a new subscriber and love each video I've seen. I agee focal point is so important to the design, and the best is when it just happens as your laying down paint. You are very inspiring

Someone recently sent me a video about a 4 year old in Canada that has a exhibit and is selling their art for several thousands per piece . I kinda started out that way but I was in diapers getting into my moms purse early in the morning using her lipstick all over me and her new furniture .

When I first started art school, one of my professors would not let us look at our drawing pad as we rendered the image that we were to portray The concept being that your left brain will always tell you.. A bike looks like this... and an apple looks like this etc.. always the same, and never as the subject matter truly looks. when we would talk among ourselves the running joke was... He would probably prefer that we draw with our butts! That way we could not look at our drawing. LOL! God I miss art school!
