Painting Christmas Sugar Cookies with Food Coloring
Is there anything better than a homemade sugar cookie?! My family loves them! In this video I'll show you how I like to paint on my sugar cookies with food coloring. It's just like using watercolors and it's so much fun decorating them this way! They turn out looking super fancy but they're actually pretty simple to make. I hope you give it a try. Brushes - Any inexpensive food safe brushes will do
Gel food coloring (Wilton brand) - amzn.to/3gIwfFy

Thank you so much! The actual food coloring/painting doesn’t take long to dry. Maybe 10-15 minutes tops. The frosting takes longer to dry, more like 30-45 minutes.

Absolutely! If you click on “more” under the video I linked to the recipes I used for the sugar cookies and the frosting. I was also thinking it would be yummy to make ginger bread cookies instead and frost and paint those. I have a good recipe for those too so I’ll try to add that under the video description also.
