He looked so natural from the photos, I had no idea you modified his body so much! That shoulder broadening technique was really cool. You're an incredible sculptor. I like his blue hair! I love how there's always the horror style dolls and then the cutesy style dolls and there's Hextian who manages to turn Maleficent into a supermodel

Akin, at the part when you were talking about the face up for this doll being "wall-eyed" and because that kind of made him look a bit insane, in all honesty I think it goes very well with the overall look of him especially since, with the manacles you made as his accessories he looks like he had been chained up, tortured, and going a little bit insane for a while before getting out of whatever nightmare prison he'd been stuck in. When you've been held captive for a while, that sort of situation tends to leave a lot of mental trauma/scarring on an individual, sometimes the trauma can turn a person's hair a different color. When I look at him in my mind, I can imagine that he had long soft-as-silk black hair, a sharp and nicely groomed goatee, skin as pale as alabaster, and warm eyes that held wicked and playful thoughts of how to best carry out your desired wish for a price, then again when you're of the supernatural persuasion just about EVERYONE has the body and looks of a marble statue. But, after being captured, starved, hair shorn to the scalp, and the overall treatment he had received at the hands of his "hosts", the time in wherever he was is now reflected in his appearance. Long black hair turned shorn sky blue, the sharp neat goatee grown wild, the pale white skin now almost stone gray, and his eyes perhaps the most striking change of all holding madness along with desperate hope of freedom(15:22).... At least that's what I'm thinking when looking long and hard at your finished creation. Overall he is impressive for a not thought out project! Although, while I'm loving the end result the lighting where you where working were very harsh and has a lot of shadows through out your video, and I understand that not everyone has the greatest lighting for their workspace I wanted to just say that was the only thing that kind of bothered me throughout the whole video.

To answer your question, no I'm not a writer but I tend to read a lot, have moments when my imagination kind of runs away from me, and along with the fact that I have High Functioning Autistim so when I do leave a comment for anything I really have to think about what I'm trying to get what is in my head out either with talking or writing. But it's kind of you to say that and I'm glad that you enjoyed my comment! Also, if there is anyone that gets inspired to use my comment as a spring board they may, just give credit where credit is due. Also, on a separate note Akin. You're the second KZreadr with a channel that gave my comments for video a like, the first being (coincidentally) Dollightful for the Summer Collaboration that she had hosted earlier this year!

I really like your incubus figure "doll" honestly makes me think of phicen doll customs I've seen 😚😏🤭 but you're the first customizer I've seen make a" happy trail" and I love it man, awesome work

Great work budy! Yours is one of my favorites of all of this year's halloween collab! A nice tip I've seen other creators use is using epoxy sculpt on the edge of the lips to "erase" the smile and give the face a more neutral expression. Bit I think it could also give an attentiveness to it.

You can darken the blue a bit with chalk pastels. To make it look a bit dirty, add some depth

i think the blue hair suits it very well. and if u think about it he would almost be Hades brother. older or younger brother. because Hades has firy blue hair.

i definitely feel like broadening the torso out on one of my dolls if i ever get a chance to make a custom like my oc of Psychometal, as that character's a hulking beast of pure cyber body horror, but that's whn i get a chance to make him as a doll(i have way too many things to do right now

Try using indirect lighting, bouncing the light off a wall or a white panel, it will give you less of an over exposed look and will light the doll better. Your dialogue is good and it’s a fun custom with cool techniques, the footage is just a bit shiny

I watch so many of these customization videos. You did a great job here. Btw at around 3:55 you mentioned the hard vinyl the doll is made out of is really hard to cut. It amazes me that many customizers don't know that a Knife, left over fire for a couple of minutes, will cut a clean line straight through toy plastics.... in fact... most plastics. :) Enjoy!
