Спорт
This video gives you some padel exercises you can do on your own. These are great for warming up and practicing a few skills around the court. You just need a ball and an empty court!

Great drills, real case scenario (they must be) to bring realisation and progression in people's skills and understand the tactical part and partnerships how to create challenging situations or recover without much damage . Tennis is a game for winners (no glass behind) and padel a game of mistakes, hopefully of the opponents side, and the glass gives the 2nd chance to rebuild points.
Awesome video, really helpful! Keep it up man!
Been playing amateur for years and most of this I've never tried. Thanks!
Excellent video good advice
Great tips!
This is very helpful. Going to use these as morning practice as I am all by myself

Love your video series. This one was useful how to practice alone. Do you have any recommendations on what is possible to practice on a tennis court? In my case I do have free access to a tennis court but padel courts in Sweden are still quite expensive, so if there are any exercises that are you think are possible on a tennis court it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance!

Jonas Åkermark happy they’re useful 👍 is this on your own or with a partner? All of my home series racket skills videos could be done on a tennis court...if that helps?! Let me know if you mean something specific though!

@@ThePadelSchool Both scenarios are interesting I think, to practice alone and together. I had some doubts about the size of the court and height of the net. Want to ensure that I'm not learning something that will worsen my performance in padel. For now I'm mostly practicing serve, bandejas and lobs on the tennis court
I love your backhand! Could you do a video explaining how to do it? It's very unnatural for us new players at the beginning, you seem to have got the hang of it. Any suggestions?

Loa del Fuego Verde thank you! It took a while for me to make the adaptation to padel. A lot of players change their grip (like tennis) but I focus on not using the wrist too much with continental grip, therefore leading slightly with the elbow. I find it also helps for me personally to focus on bending the elbow in my take back, so it’s not too straight. I’ll have a think about how to put it in a video 👍 hope that helps!
I'm loving your channel! how it didn't come to me earlier?

Hey! I've often tried in the past to play the back- and forehand against the backglass with the goal to play consistent and precise balls, but it's super difficult for me. You have any general tipps for more ball control during this exercise ? Thanks for your videos!! ☺️
Nice! :-)
Very useful advice!

Hello and thanks for this video, I already play tennis but I am not able to have the balls back like the training on short side. Any suggestion?
💪🏼💪🏼
I’d appreciate if you can add a video to show how we can practice bandejas and viboras on our own as well, I tried doing topspin smashes and concluding them with a bandeja at the end, but the problem is I can only neutralize the effect of previous spin with my slice, so all the balls are getting height after bouncing from crystal, so I can’t really verify how efficient my bandeja was

Practicing on your own or with a training partner? Bandeja on your own is just taking a basket and throwing them for yourself - if you are training with a partner there are a few drills you can do that would help - kzread.info/dash/bejne/YnantrGEf9jQedY.html
hey there. just recently took up padel tennis . I joined a group of people enthused by this fairly new spot in Belgium. i was loaned a demo racket to try out. This was was a little bit heavy but featured sanded finish. I used to play table tennis and i like mostly control over the ball. i'm looking at all sorts of tutorial on how to choose your padel racket. I'm a beginner per se. I like control so i assume i would go light/ balanced for weight, water drop for versatility and rough finish for the extra touch it'd give me. What are your recommendations ? THX

Hi, I just started playing padel as well and I've played tabletennis for 20 years at a reasonable level and I also thought a waterdrop padel would be great but that was just my ego talking and someone told me to go for a round shape to get the basics right and I couldn't be happier. Some people say round is for beginner, teardrop is for intermediate and diamond is for pro players but don't be fooled by that. There are lots of top 10 players in the world who play with a round shape, so nothing wrong with that. I got the bullpadel performance and it's 364 grams. Perfect control, not too soft but still hard enough to play hard shots if needed. The rough finish does barely anything, so you don't really need it.
Where is that indoor court? Is it a permanent pitch??? Amazing

I didn't understand why you shouldn't use the trickshots in a match?
@ThePadelSchool

Most of the time trick shots are risky and usually there are more consistent and equally effective options!

You need some skills to train alone. Beginners and intermediates can't keep a ball like that back and forth...

Indoor club ballerup most of the videos are for beginners or intermediates and they could do this video at a slower pace...but I’ll try to do a more basic video of skills 👍
