It feels like it's taken Paddletek a very long time to get into the raw carbon fiber game, but they have finally made the leap. And it was worth the wait, especially because the wait was warranted.
For Anna Leigh Waters' signature paddle, the Bantam ALW-C, they sourced raw carbon fiber that is made in America! And not only that, they found a way to enhance the T700 raw carbon fiber to have optimum power while maintaining all the grit and control of the carbon fiber. This new concoction is referred to as PT700 and it's pretty darn good.

As a women I love the handle. It fits into my palm easily without rubbing my palm. I got money for Christmas and went paddle shopping. I tried out a lot of paddles. My first paddle is original tempest wave so I had grown out of it and using a lot of effort with it. I thought I wanted a different brand paddle. After many the shop owner suggest I try the new alw paddle. I really didnt want to. But then, I tried it out. This was my 8th paddle I had tried out. It felt so good. So I bought it. Ive been drilling for a few days to get in syc with its characteristics. I will be playing tomorrow with it for the first time. Im looking forward to seeing how it does.
I love my Paddletek paddle. FYI... it's made in Michigan.
which one are you describing with pop? 14.7 or 12.?

12.7 has much more pop. I preferred the 14.3, but typically play with a 16mm paddle.
So the Platinum color way doesn’t have her logo correct?
