First story: yes thats an a-hole move, and causing the seller to possibly loose money. And yes the gender does matter, depending on the animal then the gender really does matter since some animals have different behaviors they do because of there gender. Plus theres always the possibilitie if the person already has the opposit gender and they aren't fixed yet then they have a unwanted pregnancy. My mom didn't want a boy dog since we already have a female dog and honestly didn't want to deal with the boy dog trying to mount her even though she was already fixed it was just annoying. Though we only got him since he was in a neglectful home and my dad refused to leave without saving him. Luckily enough he only ever tried doing it once and was immediately corrected by our female dog. He never did it again. But our neighbors actually had there dogs get pregnant since they stupidly got a unfixed male and female dog and now they have a bunch of puppies that are barking non-stop and eating literal plastic from the garage since they are left unsupervised outside.

For the one about the bear. I'm thirteen, i REALLY enjoy my sleep. Like to the point if i'm woken up i will start swinging at anyone near by. BUT if i'm woken up to see something that I may never get to see again best believe I'll more upset if you hadn't woken me up. And then the fact that this little girl's hobby is to simply see real life bears make this even more upsetting. The mom is doing great and the dad is a liar. Maybe his heart was in the right place but he didn't do the right thing. The fact that this girl even asked "Dad did you wake me up?" Just goes to show the mom knew what was best and the kid would've really liked to see the bear. Not to mention - KIDS FALL BACK TO SLEEP REALLY EASILY
