I Wanna See Him In Summer League
Glad to have you on the team. Welcome to the team!
Mo cheeks is going to have fun with this kid he helps developed some good guards Westbrook for one
Can’t expect him to play well defensively at 18 vs men. That will come in time with more strength. Talented player either way. Might take 2-3 years, but he will be worth the wait.

Pacome Dadiet’s results in the international combine in Treviso: 6’7.75 without shoes 6’9 wingspan 216 lbs 8’11.5 standing reach

Good measurements for a wing. I wish he was slightly longer, but he's a little under 6-9 in shoes which is nice. Interestingly, he's only listed at a pound lighter than Tidjane Salaün, but I think Salaün plays stronger than Dadiet right now.

He's only 18 so he is still growing
In Leon we Trust!!!!!
He appears to have more transferrable film than Ntilikina had coming out. Frank's shot was was too slow/deliberate whereas Dadiet has a higher, quicker and smoother release which really looks like it just needs more and more reps. The size is good, Dadiet looks like a functional athlete who can use his length well once he has the appropriate strength and base. His weaknesses appear to be defensive awareness, passing and creation. If Dadiet can improve over the coming years on his defense, he can absolutely be a 3&D wing in the NBA which is what teams like the Knicks are paying upwards of 40 mil a year for.

Frank had a great body type with freakish wingspan but he was so stiff on offense. This kid you can tell he's much more fluid on offense.
Welcome to the Knicks. 🧡💙

Knicks fan we here, I like him @26 . I like he has a foundation of shooting, his handles looks workable, height is great and willing to pass. Thibs will get his defense right because he has no choice. Miles and Mitch added muscle so we can develop that, i like the potential. I would have him at training camp and first 25 games of the season and then ship him to G league to get a lot reps

Thanks for watching! I think Pac is great value for the Knicks at 26. Next order of business is seeing what he's gonna be up to next season, like you said.
Let’s go. Solid
1:06 is a total airball🤣🤣
Good left hand finish around the rim.

While being right handed, which is definitely a standout trait.
He's really young so that's a point in his favor. I think I heard he wants to come over to nba as early as next season but just don't see a lot of potential roster spots for him on the knicks. He doesn't look like a stiff though. He moves well and his shot looks decent. I know people like to bring up Frank N. because he was french too but Frank was picked way too high and played in nba maybe too soon. Frank also was very stiff on offense so I knew he would have trouble adapting to NBA unless he became a knockdown shooter. This kid has time, better movement on offense, and better circumstances so I hope he succeeds.

Keep in mind he's still 18 and that this was his first year as a pro playing against grown men.
Yuh yuh
I don't like him too much, but he has interesting things, for example he is very quick in transition, he is very young, he is not a bad shooter and he handles both hands well (he shoots with his right hand, but goes to the basket with his left) possibly because he is a left-handed player who has learned to play as a right-handed player. But he lacks many things: positioning on defense, passing ability, physical growth and, above all, understanding the game well. I think he will need a couple of years in the GLeague.

He has a lot of qualities that pique my interest, even though we need to acknowledge that he played against poor competition while still lacking production (especially on defense), and that he’ll need plenty of developmental time. A team might not want to draft Dadiet, even if they like him, and develop him only for another team to reap the rewards.
What bothers me is that ppl keep putting a player like Ryan Dunn on my NYK’s over P. Daddy!! He more talented than Dunn, with potential to equal Dunn’s defensive talents.
@FloorandCeiling
24 күн бұрын
Dadiet can develop into a good defender, but I don’t think anyone in this draft or most drafts can touch Ryan Dunn defensively. He’s probably the best prospect I’ve ever evaluated on that end. P Daddy is funny

@@FloorandCeiling I still can’t burn a 1st rd pick on 2nd rd talent. Johnathan Mogbo is mocked to be 2nd rd talent, but I just don’t see much difference between the 2. Height, weight, arm length, motor and lack of a jumper are equal. Mogbo was a primary ball handler for SFU, and Dunn went to a better known university. Those are the only differences between both players. If I have to draft a player with a specific skill set, but might be lacking slightly in another area, I’m drafting Baylor Jalen Bridges. His jumper and basketball IQ is what my NYK’s could use for a role player. His defense isn’t what Dunn’s is, but he is a solid defender nonetheless.

Dunn is maybe slightly more ready to come in and play but neither one was going to play realistically on the knicks so in that case probably the better smarter move is to pick a Euro and stash. The Euros don't count on your cap.
Looks far better than the French prince.....frank Ntilikiba whose out the league after 7 seasons

He’s the type of prospect the Wizards would like imo. Young, rangy and long, didn’t necessarily play college basketball (Coulibaly, Vukcevic, Avdija), can slot in on the wing, has flashes of a versatile skillset with size and athleticism.
He just a kid give him a few years under great shooters and defensive teachers then we can talk
