Off topic but just wanted to share that I got my first tattoo on Saturday! I got Zero from the Nightmare before Christmas and I'm obsessed with him and it didn't hurt nearly as much as I thought it would!

yes! I moved half way across the country with 3 rabbits and 2 guinea pigs. I stayed in a hotel with them and had to make it work since they don't all get along. You do what you have to when you're moving with lots of pets!

Agreed! I moved across country with 2 infants and 3 cats and got stuck in a hotel for 11 days. Sometimes you just have to make it work!! ❤

Oh my god, so relatable to finding those things about your grandpas funeral. When I moved out of my apartment last year, I found three of those “funeral bags” they give to the main family member after the funeral. So I found them for my grandma, grandpa, and mom when I packed up my closet. When I got them I didn’t want to deal with them at first so I just shoved them in my closet. It had their personal belongings in them like their clothes when they passed, etc. I just cried on the floor for like an hour going through things and people were wondering why it was taking me so long to pack 😭

Moving is always so stressful! Hopefully you’ll get a long restful break afterwards 😊

I tend to give up doing art but diamond art certainly makes me patient and enjoy art. I’ve done a very little bit and so proud of myself. Alyssa you did a great job with cleaning that house you deserve to get the deposit back. Things happen in rentals but places are a pain in the ass. I dislike moving so much I dont blame you. Yas was waiting for the second moving vlog😄 always enjoy them I heard about the air conditioning and some other issues it's unfortunate but hopefully it will get resolved soon and that you can get stuff fixed! I was very fortunate to buy my first ever apartment and not rent and I know renting especially can be hell in alot of ways. Looking forward to see what you do with the place!

Omg same thing happened to me. I reserved a 26 foot truck as we were moving to a whole mother province and couldn’t make multiple trips approx 1200kms away. They ended up giving us a 15 footer and a trailer. It was the worst thing ever. Worst experience with uhaul yet.

Their entire system and how they do things is not right at all. People shouldn’t be out of the trucks they order when they have to possibly move across a country 😭

Once I ended up having to drive about an hour away to get my haul because they ran out in my town. Luckily I had a friend to drive me but if I didn't I would have been so screwed

Same thing happened to me when we moved! We reserved a 20 foot truck for a full day, then when we got there, they told us that they had NO trucks. We had to drive an hour away to pick up a 15' truck. Then after all of that, they had the audacity to tell us that we had 4.5 hours to get the truck back (during a snow storm) or we'd be dinged with a late fee 🙄

last weekend my grandparents rented a u hal cover truck and they were given a non-covered truck even though they reserved it.

U-Haul can be so frustrating

You should get your entire security deposit back cause you're allowed normal wear and tear .. and your place is definitely nicer then most peoples normal wear and tear ❤
