when cooking omurice, I use bowl as a mold 😅first cover a bowl with the fried egg, then scoop fried rice into the bowl, tuck the remaining fried egg and put them on serving dish LOLOL

When u use that kind of grater u should keep the case flat on a table or some kind of solid surface. It will be much easier. I really enjoy your videos. Love from Japan!

A trick to make your tonkatsu look more tonkatsu-like is to pound it flat with a pan or meat mallet or whatever you have on hand - it helps it cook more evenly too. Good luck in the kitchen! (｀∀´)ゝ”
