The hospitals in which I have worked (RN for thirty years, critical care, no babies) will have to take your “extension cord” away (if they find it) and have it tested/approved by the facilities manager before you will be allowed to use it. You may not get it back until you are discharged.

@@elzzbb because not many people knew she gave birth and this person was interested in the baby I can delete my comment if it's really that bad of me to do also I didn't just do it on this persons comment I did it on multiple peoples comments because it's hard to remember to check for updates sometimes

You are so organized...new moms are exhausted, if you can't keep up the organization, don't worry. That's normal. Don't worry if you have no time or energy for makeup either!!

Yes I did all this with my first one…ended up using lotion for shower gel as the midwife was helping me and they kept asking my other half to get my stuff and as he didn’t know where anything was and panicked, he ended up tipping it all out in the wet room next to me! I packed a lot lighter and easier for my next! All the best laid plans and all that! 😂 it’s nice to be organised though. ❤
