Thank u for making this video!!!! I search these type videos all the time because I mainly crop away from home! Would love to see a video where u do take some of your tools or pre plan using ur tools before u go and make page kits! Thanks ❤ ur channel!

Thank you Laurie, maybe my next away crop, I will show how I handle taking tools along with me. I mostly take my favorites, the tag punch, and some general ones like circles, flowers, etc. The ones I know I could get multiple use out of.

Wish I had a better shot of the ocean, but it's actually very tricky to record while driving. LOL! I had my phone attached to the window, and couldn't fuss with it, doesn't do the drive justice.

That was fun! I like seeing how you put together what pages you will be working on. I have used the power sort box several times for my layouts also. Our girls get together twice a year for a 4 day retreat and I always try to bring only what I need but it’s hard for that many days.

Love your layouts…your clusters are perfect.

I love this as my favorite thing to do is organize. Hope you had fun and next time you need to fly here to go to a weekend crop

Thank you for the tips on packing for a crop. I have a few small totes I keep in my car that have some basic tools/supplies in them. One is a large milk crate with things like trimmers, cutting mat, electrical cords, score tape, fan, scrap-ma-bob, etc. Two little totes that have WRMK tools, spatulas, painting brushes and things like that. Seeing how you pack on those power layouts was very helpful as I’ve wondered for a long time how they were used. Now I need to get one! 🤣 Might be coming out near you later this summer to live for about 6 months to a year. Maybe we can get together to scrap sometime together then. Hopefully more opportunities to go to crops there than there is here. My fiancé has business that he has to deal with there……Will tell you about it sometime but not on here. Kinda struggle with having to go there with my elderly mother and disabled son here, so will need to fly back and forth.

So much less to bring if you organize- great idea! Always love your layouts

I have found that I get way more done at a CROP when I use my power layout system to plan my layouts with paper, cardstock, embellies, and photos ahead of time. I'm so impressed that you take only one bag!! I only go to 2 crops a year, at the same location. It is a house. There are usually the same 5-6 of us friends there. The woman who owns the place is a CM Advisor and she has it fully stocked with tools, so I don't take many punches and BMCs with me. But I still feel like I take way too much for a 4-day CROP!! Thanks for the video.

As it turns out, I still packed too much. I was so worried about not have embellishments, but I had plenty. It is a big benefit when the host has a well stock tool supply.

They were in there with my tape runners. I took two boxes, thought I was taking on regular and one repositionable, but I ended up taking two repos, so used mostly repo that day.
