I love both of the styles of of packing videos!!! I think i would love ideally a combination of the two because the other one felt more intimate but this one was also really like motivating and felt like it helped me do things I needed to do by being able to have it on in the background

Hi Natasha, such a soothing thing to watch your packing process, and there's so many questions I have about how you organise and manage your order system. Like how do make sure each order you passed on to the packing station is the correct one to the recipient label? Have you ever sent out wrong order? If yes, what's the percentage rate and how do you process returns, loss and damaged items, etc.? Oh, and don't the post-it notes ever detached from the boxes and get mixed up? Post-it notes in my experience don't normally stick on for long.
