- Shuttle day: R350
- Both days: R500
- Temp CSA license for race day: R30 or so.
What does this equal? Great value and good times!
There is a clear stigma attached to the sport of downhill MTB that you need to be some kind of crazy to participate, let alone attempt one of these trails!
Well, the good news is that for the 2020 WC Downhill series, there has been an Enduro DH Trophy added to the overall racing categories! This means that riders on enduro bikes will only compete against fellow riders in the enduro category! Rad hey!
With that in mind, we thought we would head out to Paarl to see what this downhill riding story was all about and boy oh boy were we pleasantly surprised!
This trail is super ridable and is going to be a huge amount of fun! With a shuttle day happening on the 25th of Jan and the main event happening on the 26th there is ample opportunity to get familiar with the trail and to decide if this DH thing is for you!

For sure... it is rough/rutted but there really are only 5 "bigger" features on the track all of which have a line around them. but really is managable

Vallie Adams that a difficult question to answer not know your level of riding but our view is that if you are an experienced single track rider, have a dropper seat post and take the B lines you will love it🤘
