because he is not from a place of jesus, and jesus is not his ancestor. he as every right to talk about his own culture.

Sri: Azhvar Emperumanar Jeeyar Thiruvadigale Sharanam. Adiyen Dasan. Azhvar anugrahath Adiyen edham adhirga vyasam likhami. Adiyen is able to have a physical copy of the reference text, “Indian Movements--,” mentioned in the oration recently on Choodikodutha NAchiar. The above book has nothing to do with an American University and is an output of a project undertaken by Indian Institute of Advanced Study, Simla and published in 1978. As Adiyen got it this afternoon, this is a cursory review to relay some initial points. The book is an editorial compilation whose editor is S C Malik. Bhoomi Piratti under name “AndAl,” is referenced at 3 places in the chapter Bhakti Movement in South India by Narayanan and V Kesavan. These authors have written a research review citing many earlier authors. In reference to AndAl Devi, in Adiyen summation it is very respectful and laudatory. The context on AndAl begins that her athitha Bhakti led her to unite with EmperumAn Ranganathan. The sentence states her love was so intense Ranganatha called her into shrine where she disappeared, Page 42 in the book. The chapter authors reiterate the highest status rendered to women saints such as AndAl and Karraikal Ammayar. As the article is a research/review piece, there is mention on how devadasis who were recognized in high esteem for their devotion and Bhakti to Lord and in that context AndAl was mentioned referring to a 1953 publication with publication sites mentioned as London and Seattle. So, from journalistic point of view this is secondary or buried reference which does not hold status as immediate or primary reference which in this situation is the chapter on Bhakti Movement. In Adiyen’s view, the chapter authors have not given their primary opinion rather they do bring a pass by reference. The chapter in all sense throws respectful and glorifying image of AndAl, an epitome of parama Bhakti. When back references are used, as we follow as professors of engineering and science, proper summation, citation and analysis are needed. Just cursory cherry picking may lead to serious consequences. Probably that had happened in the recent incident, which is rather unfortunate. This emphasizes the need for deep care and caution in matters that are reverential and have societal consequences. Adiyen humbly hopes that, this brief brings clarity and portrays the absolute reverence we all have for the Divine Goddess Godha. To sum up, the chapter in the mentioned book, only sings reverential praises to Godha Devi and other Bhakti saints. SirasA pranAmams. I belong to Hindu religion. I have knowledge that the term in Hindu is coined in 19th century. I have the knowledge to understand the right of all people to propagate their religion of choice. Similar i recognize the right of Atheist to propagate his views. I won't say no to anyone's right to tell their views. But I have the maturity to put forward my acceptance or rejection in a democratic way. I love the Hindu religion because I can able to criticize anything in it. The freedom the hindu religion gives is the Hallmark feature of it. I believe it is the prime reason for its resilience. Somebody Like H.Raja wants to convert Hindu religion into rigid religion like Islam, christianity where u can't criticize anything. In my view all in the universe subject to criticism. Anything which survives criticism is acceptable to me. History has thought us anything regid is always leads to violence. Flexibility is the salience of Hindu religion. I plead all of us to unite and keep the flexibility of Hindu religion. If not not alone me everybody one day face the consequences of making it so rigid. "U may Disagree with me.
