For continuous video recording, use special sd cards for cctv. Normal sd cards will go bad fast if you continously write data.

If you feel unsafe don't use it. This video is for old mobiles. Which you don't have to care for heating issues. As the mobile continuosly uses the camera it'll definitely heat. But that is under specific temp only. Because the work load is constant.
