That little red haired girl from across the street I think the reason for that might be because it's his "true self", and the Phantom Thieves accept him for who he is, which is darkness, but not the kind they'll run away from. As the original game's tagline was, "Be your true mind"; there's bound to be someone out there who'll accept you.

The 0:26 is very hilarious. Akechi drew tons of female fans, and started to wonder if wearing glass like Ren will help him to hide true identity. Then Ren standed up and put his glasses on Akechi, and the female fans were like: let's go home, this idiot is definitely not Akechi-kun.

一通り終わって、すごく明智らしい、ジョーカーと「似た者同士」大好きになりました。「選ぶ」からの展開が、すごかったです！驚天動地、そうくるとは！恐るべし！アトラス！ 感動を、ありがとう！

I really hope getting to party with him post-reveal isn't a one-off thing and we get to have him available during the finale as well. The handling of his character arc's resolution has been a bit of a sore spot for a lot of the fandom for the longest time and it'd be nice to see them not only make better use of his character but also give him a much more satisfying arc, even if it stills resolves in roughly the same manner.

I never expected Akechi's trailer to be this exciting...

This guy is my favorite character. Super interesting confidant which ended amazingly well
