Engine Code P2009: Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low Bank 1
It means the intake manifold runner control circuit has excessively low voltage for bank 1.
Intake manifold runner flaps unstuck. Wiring harness replaced or repaired as needed. Intake manifold runner control solenoid replacement. Repair of poor electrical connection.

Hey great video and I have a question, what is the yellow plastic piece that is connecting the 2 u shaped mini hoses to the solenoids themselves called

Always do that when unplugging any type of connections that are electrical!
I got p2009 and noticed bad gas mileage. Can replacing the solenoid fix that or is it with the vacuum line leak?

Ended up getting both solenoids replaced. Only been 100 miles or so. Noticed everything is fixed and more fuel efficient. Letting off the gas it continues to roll too. RPM while warm is lower as well

Sí, porqué el voltaje era menos que el otro. Pero huberia sido mejor cambiar ambos en vez de solo uno.
