P0428 Exhaust temperature sensor checking(ford focus 2)
A simple method to check if the exhaust sensor is faulty or not. For checking this sensor correctly you need a heat gun up to 550 degree and the value on multimeter must decrrase low to 0.In our case we can see small fluctuation of values.

This is not a proper test. The temperature is measured at the tip. Waving it about at the edge of the airflow is not going to give reliable results. Also, a hair-dryer does not get anywhere near as hot as needed to test an exhaust sensor.

Yes. This was partial functional!! Not in the proper range. After changing with new one the DTC dissapear.
