Don't ever let people trivialize your struggle. Mental health is not a competition over who has it worse! If it affects YOU it's real. Doesn't matter if anyone else thinks what you're struggling with is trivial. People perceive things differently. I've known and heard about people self cancelling over things I'd brush off like it was nothing or not even notice and I've been close myself. But they clearly didn't think it was nothing and it was very real to them! Love and respect each other.
