I think summary suit main jana sahi nahi hai. kyon ki court hamesha defendent ko mauka degi aur isiliye ye fir normal civil court main convert hoga . Isse acha hai 138 ka case lagayein ya fir sir sidha police complain karein cheque bounce ka aur police ke through jaya jaay. aapki kya raay hogi sir?

A guy has took 5k from me by saying he's having finanical crisis at his home, so I lend him the momey and he siad that he will definitely give my momey back within a week. You can claim your legal expenses from the opposite party. However, it is upto the Consumer Forum to decide wheter to allow it or not and how much.

No a decree sheet is prepared separately along with the order. It contains the breakup of amount and details regarding interest etc.
