Don't use too many products. It will do more harm than good. Cleanser, moisturizer if needed, sunscreen for sure and preferably physical/mineral sunscreen, chemical exfoliator and serum is more than enough.

A good chemical peel. Try Milk Route or Light Routine. You'll see the difference. Vit C can make your skin worse if not used properly. Use a good physical sunscreen.
