    Whenever anyone criticizes this guy, why does no one mention what his trainer mentions? His WORK ETHIC? His DISCIPLINE - shows up on time and gives everything he has... Every team would love to have a guy like this

    Rangers fan here. I love this guy. Awesome parents. They raised a very modest and humble man. He could be rolling around in an Escalade, but chooses to drive a 99 Nissan/Infinity.

    Subban has it all, skill, speed and work ethic. Now he just has to mature. When you're a healthy scratch several times with his talent you know he's hurting the team with his attitude. I have faith he will improve in that department and probably already has.

    could be a lot of things, I've heard of taking whey protein before workouts so you can get protein in your muscles while you train, makes you train longer, the grape juice is a good mix, fruit juice with protein makies you absorb nutrients better, could be glutamine for joints etc, just look up nhl certified supplements you'll probably find something

  • @Kipperluongo
    @Kipperluongo13 жыл бұрын

    @angelorocks22 no ur wrong bud, look at the jug of juice he his pouring into the blender, it's grape juice, creatine is usually combined with grapejuice because it is a simple carb so it can be taken before a workout, how could that possibly be biosteel?

  • @Kipperluongo
    @Kipperluongo13 жыл бұрын

    @tmorrissey123 a combination of creatine and grape juice. Not biosteel as another user has suggested. I train as well and creatine basically fuels muscle contractions so your muscles dont feel as tired when pulling weights.

    1 protein shake in the morning, 1 after a work out and one after your final big meal of the day...have 3 big meals a day and they should consist of veggies, whole wheats, good carbs and some fats/protein (chicken breast, fish, etc). train at least 1 hour a day and you'll be ripped ... train twice a day and you'll be really ripped. ;]

    @bbanksy1 Haha, so true. Although I respect the work these guys put in, I really love watching classic NHL games where the guys weren't so huge and fast. Guys used to have so much more space and time with puck. Now, it seems like you're guaranteed to get hammered if you hold the puck for longer than two seconds.

    not true man, I play in junior hockey league in Austria and we have 3 times per week, training twice a day. all summed up we have 10 practices per week! It depends on what you train and with which intensity! Like cardio and flexibility in the morning and strength in the afternoon!

    thats not entirely true...look at mma fighters and boxers; some of the most elite and best conditioned athletes around and they train twice and some times 3 times per day. of course you cant be a body builder and train 3 times per day, but if your goal is more than building muscle mass, than 2 a days are highly beneficial for athletes

    actually having about 6 smaller meals a day is much better for your metabolism. and false on the train twice a day. training is pointless unless done right. training twice a day can cause you to over work your body and create muscle fatigue.
