My son and I spoke about how brazen this attack was; I have a theory... Diddy rented the entire penthouse floor. That is why no one is coming out of those rooms. Think about being on vacation and you hear something like that; you would ask for money back and call police.. He rented an entire floor. Federal LEO here, and Judge Scherer is 100% right about AUSA's hesitating to prosecute unless there is overwhelming evidence of a crime. It's ridiculous that they'd rather preserve their record of convictions over the prosecution of really bad people.
