Sandip sir I am pursuing Masters in construction management in VJTI but has interest in structural engineering . so can i do both simultaneously or should i drop the course and focus on structural designing.

Sir, Case 1: If we are meshing the column frame element, then no need to consider additional slender moment as per IS CODE. Case 2: If we are not meshing the frame element, then we have to consider additional slender moment along with P-Delta

Don't go fot Case1 ..be in the conservative side and take P-delta and Additional moment both

my shear wall is showing extreem high RF requirement. what is the issue.

Shear walls always attract high amount of force due to higher higher lateral stiffness along its longer dimension, so it is obvious. In case u want to get lesser force in it then, few more shear walls you have to introduce along the same direction.
