Thanks for your feedback,
One tip I have too for people trying to install the fly net, if you’re one person setting it up or a shorter person and having trouble getting the fly net over the tent, try laying the fly net directly over the top of the tent (laying flat), then put the side poles afterwards and gently lift the tent up with the fly net on 👍🏼

Good idea
Good video thanks. I’ve been using the 10p version during heavy rain and no leaks at all as long as you secure the fly properly. I’m 6’3” and great headroom. A bit slower to setup and takedown than more expensive tents but I can’t justify the extra cost. Works fine.

Really liked your video, I have bought the 10p version and haven't attempted to set it up yet, weather hasn't been nice, but thanks to your video I can now understand a bit better how it goes together. Cheers

How you go with the setup?
We bought the same tent, (only watching this after testing ours) all great, also bought a little bit better pegs. Had a windy night and it was fine, then a wet night and the only issue was the little tassles (to secure the windows up) got soaked and over the whole night dropped a few little drops on the inner fly-wire, no big deal, maybe I'll scotschguard them.. Funny .. we bought the same sleeping bags as well which were fine in a 14C night

Thanks for the video. It helped me figure out how to pack it away back in the bag. The bag it comes in is not great and my stitching has come apart. Will probaby look for a better bag to put the tent in.

@@PradoPlacesOz look at your video the part where you first unpacked it. the fly, pegs, poles are rolled up with the tent. Then you tie it up all together.

I don’t seem to be able to re-roll the tent tight enough anymore
18 months later, how is the tent holding up? What are your thoughts having used it? Thinking on buying this.

Hi thanks. With Covid I haven’t got to use it much but I think it’s good for general camping in non extreme weather conditions
Has it been any good? Ive been looking to buy this buy there are so much mixed reviews

Hi Dominic, I’ve only used it twice so far. I guess it depends on your camping frequency. If you are an occasional 4-5 times a year camper like me it’s fine, for heavy duty regular weekends away I’d probably buy a canvas more heavy duty tent. Not sure how warm it would be in winter too.
