If the Oxelo Play 3 fits, I would suggest that for a beginner. The play 5’s bearings can roll faster. Remember to always wear protective gear.

I haven’t tried any other skates besides these. But I think these are very recommended even for 3 year olds just starting to learn. You could attach training wheels on the sides and also the speed is controlled.
