My fur baby has been a patient of Davies for many years and they are amazing, can’t fault their service and the fact that they really care. Had no idea about the KZread channel, someone in Marketing needs to do a better job of promotion as these videos would make anxious owners feel the benefit of added resources.

My cat was constipated and my vet said she had IBD so I switched her to Instinct wet food. I couldn’t find anymore because of COVID so I asked my vet if he sold that type and if not would he sell me some of his food. He said he wouldn’t suggest his food because it would upset her stomach and I should switch her back to her original Iams kibble.

Hello- my cat has IBD for the last three years put him on a raw diet for seven days since couldn’t find the food he was eating he was doing great but then got constipated ended up giving him pumpkin he finally had a large stool but the internal vet said not to feed raw. I can’t find any wet food he will eat, he will eat dry Farmina digestion. I am thinking of putting him on a different raw diet. What is your opinion of raw food? He had more energy and was very happy not hiding. I wish I could figure out a food that works. He has been taking one 5 mg prednisone every day for the last year. Any suggestions? The Farmina diet is lamb but I am feeding turkey can or turkey raw? I have tried wet Lamb/rabbit/venison/duck no luck. Can the pet be feed dry lamb and wet turkey. He is having loose stools again on dry Farmina and wet turkey. The best he was doing was on Raw turkey. Thank you

I hope he is doing better! And I hope you found a new vet! Switching to raw food saved my cat's (and my own) quality of life! My own vet preferred I not feed raw despite My cat finally gaining weight, feeling MUCH better and going into diabetic remission! No more daily injections, or $200 a month insulin! I found a holistic vet that agrees raw is ideal for many cats and their response to it is such a big indicator!

raw was the only thing that saved my cat from her persistent diarrhea. My vet surprisingly approves of a raw fed diet for cats. I feed my cats a novel diet and i get their food from viva raw
