    9:22 omigosh, this was the answer I needed! My test line during my LH peaks never get darker than the control line but my BBT has the spike a day or two after, so I figured I had ovulated. I was still not totally sure if something was off but this answer gave me some peace. Thanks 😊

    Thank you for the info. Based on the app I ovulated and confirmed with rise in temps using BBT which are still elevated. I had Ewcm 4dpo then today at 6dpo had a dip in temp but still elevated. Since then it’s been dry. Does this raise any concerns? TIA 😊

    Hi Jessica, a temperature rise and egg white cervical mucus after ovulation are positive signs. A temperature dip at 6 days after ovulation might suggest implantation, but not everyone experiences it. Dry cervical mucus is normal after ovulation due to increased progesterone. Remember, these signs don't guarantee pregnancy or fertility, so see a doctor if you're concerned.

    Hello! I have a question, I peaked on dec 5th and my pdg arose after few days after confirming I ovulated but then on my cycle day 23 , I got another Lh surge. Could it be reading hcg level or could that really be the real surge to ovulate?

  • @premomfertility

    @premomfertility

    It's possible to experience a second LH surge during your menstrual cycle, and this doesn't necessarily indicate pregnancy. While LH surges typically occur before ovulation, they can occasionally happen at other times during the menstrual cycle as well. An LH surge can sometimes be a bit irregular, and it's not uncommon for women to have multiple surges in a single cycle. If you have already confirmed ovulation with a sustained temperature rise or other methods, it's less likely that the LH surge on cycle day 23 is related to ovulation. It could be due to normal hormonal fluctuations or other factors. However, if you suspect you might be pregnant or if you experience any unusual symptoms, it's a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider or take a pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as a possibility. Additionally, if you have concerns about your menstrual cycle or fertility, it's advisable to discuss them with a healthcare professional for a more accurate assessment and guidance. Can LH pick on HCG as early as 1 DPO? I had my peak on CD18 (2.4) on CD19 my LH levels dropped (I had all lows), on 1DPO (CD20) my LH got even lower in the morning (0.35), but I got a sudden high in the evening (0.91)! 😲 what could this mean?

  • @premomfertility

    LH and HCG are related hormones, but usually, LH doesn't pick up on HCG until later in pregnancy. It sounds like that you have multiple surges. Best to incorporate basal body temperature to confirm ovulation. Fingers crossed!

  • @premomfertility

    Hello! A big LH peak signals that ovulation is close, usually within 1-2 days. Ovulation happens as LH levels drop after this peak, and it's the prime time for getting pregnant. Keep an eye on your cervical mucus and basal temperature for further confirmation. Best of luck!

    Yes, typically a positive LH test means that your LH surge has started and you are likely nearing ovulation. However, it is possible to have an LH surge that does not result in ovulation.

    Hello, It's not uncommon for ovulation symptoms to occur a few days after a peak on your LH strip. Everyone's body is different, and ovulation symptoms can vary in timing and intensity. If you have concerns or questions about your ovulation cycle, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.

    Hello, it's crucial to understand that digital tests and ovulation strips may measure LH levels differently. Use LH strips daily until you detect the peak, marked by the darkest or highest test line. After this peak, LH levels decrease, signaling that ovulation is imminent within the next 24-36 hours. This is your most fertile window for pregnancy.

    It is hard to tell. The five days leading up to ovulation and ovulation day are the days that you can get pregnant. You generally have a higher chance of pregnancy the closer you are to ovulation day. Kindly note that when the peak occurs, it means you may ovulate within 24-36 hours.

    Hi there, the LH peak you experienced a earlier may have been incorrect. LH levels can vary throughout the menstrual cycle, so it's important to consider other signs of ovulation. Tracking cervical mucus and basal body temperature can help confirm ovulation. Good luck to you!

    If you have sex on your ovulation day, there is a higher chance of getting pregnant that same month. Sperm can survive for a few days and fertilize an egg around that time. However, it's not guaranteed. If you're worried about pregnancy, talk to a doctor for advice based on your situation.

    Hello, trying for a baby for five months without success can be quite common. Since you've been tracking your ovulation, that's a positive sign. Ensure regular, unprotected intercourse during your fertile window, lead a healthy lifestyle, and consider consulting a healthcare provider for guidance if needed. Conception journeys vary, and it may take time. Baby dust to you!

    Hi there, You can determine your fertile days by tracking cervical mucus changes or using ovulation predictor kits. Even without a period, you can still track ovulation with LH test strips, although it may require more frequent testing. It's all about observing progression patterns.

    OK so I should ovulate by this app on June 26th. I had a peak at 21st June / 22nd june but on .23rd of June the lh surge dropped. Why have I ovulate earlier I stopped taking the pill 3 weeks ago . Could I be pregnant x

  • @premomfertility

    @premomfertility

    11 күн бұрын

    It's common to experience some irregularities in your cycle after stopping the pill, as your body adjusts to its natural hormonal rhythm. The LH peak you observed on June 21st/22nd suggests that ovulation may have occurred around that time. A drop in LH after the peak is normal, as it typically indicates that ovulation has happened. If you had unprotected sex during your fertile window, there is a possibility of pregnancy. However, it's also possible that your cycle is still regulating after stopping the pill. To get a clearer picture, you might want to wait a few more days and take a home pregnancy test if you miss your period.❤️

    Hi there, it's not uncommon for periods to vary in timing from cycle to cycle. If your period consistently arrives 4 to 5 days, or even 6 days, earlier than expected, it could be normal for your body's cycle. However, if you're concerned about this pattern or if you've noticed a significant change, it's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare provider for personalized advice.

    Hello, I had my peak and it was 1.54, and after 36 hours of the LH rise,(The LH spike started on the 12th day of the cycle, and in the middle of the 14th day of the cycle, I did not find an egg) I went for an ultrasound, and I did not find an egg. Does this mean that it come out of the ovary?

  • @premomfertility

    @premomfertility

    10 ай бұрын

    Hello there! Having an LH peak does often indicate that ovulation is imminent, but it doesn't always guarantee that ovulation occurs. If your ultrasound did not detect an egg, it's possible that ovulation occurred earlier than expected or may still be on its way. And without corpus luteum found, it is likely that egg hasn't released at all. Consider keeping an open line of communication with your healthcare professional for a more detailed understanding based on your specific situation. Sending you warm wishes and positive thoughts! 💕
