What are your goals in short term ?

It feels so good that someone is talking about anxiety disorder and panic attack disorder. And the fact that you can relate to all the phrases is incredible, it's like you aren't going through that alone. Also stating that saying "relax, is going to be okay" / "you're overreacting" / "stop worrying, it's nothing" doesn't fucking help. It's like hello, if I could I'd do it don't you think? My brain just doesn't work like yours

As someone who suffers from extreme anxiety, I can say with 100% accuracy that this song is completely true in every sense. People that don't understand what we are going through the long us to relax only makes it worse. For me, mine gets so bad that I will literally pass out and fall unconscious even if I'm walking down the road. This is one of my favorite songs and anytime anyone asks me about my anxiety I tell them to listen to this.

As a teenager who's lived in a household where sometimes I feel like I may never see my father again due to his cancer, and having severe anxiety, depression, ADHD, and abandonment trauma. I generally thought (This was a thing I learnt whist in music ) He was doing this silent breath thing so let's say you're singing a really long line / or something like falalala that goes on for ages where your pitch needs to go higher or needs to change but you're almost out of breathe so you do a quick and it's usually un-noticed breath it's pretty good to do if you're in a group as long as you don't do it at the same time

I used to get super anxious whenever I would say anything, so I would usually just stay quiet. When I was in high school I just said who cares. Let me tell you DON'T DO THAT! I would have a constant sinking feeling in my chest, and whenever I would say something I shouldn't have I would be excruciating pain(It was all mental). After college I got over it, but in high school I almost killed myself because I felt like I wasn't doing anything right. All I can say is that anxiety can cause depression and both together is a deadly combination.

Weasel Itachi I was like my freshman year. I’m a senior now and I’m still like that but not as bad as when I started high school. Being anxious all the time is kinda normal for me tho I’ve been like this since elementary school mostly Bcs I was deathly afraid of dogs and there was always big stray dogs around my neighborhood at the time but as I got older my reasons changed

I saw this when it came out, and still it never left my head for 2 years, masterpiece of a voiceover

The part at 1:32 is so surreal. It’s just our bliss and peace. He seems so content and at home in the moment and it’s contagious. Love the song

why is saying to just relax so fucking bad? That is how I get out of my panic attacks. I need someone to tell me to just relax. Yeah it's different for everyone, but fuck. Don't diss a good way to help someone else.

For the people who have no idea what anxiety is like, for those of us who have it, we are constantly worrying if we did something right or if we ever will, or if it'll be enough. It's a rough thing to have anxiety, telling us to "get over it" or "relax" doesn't work and it never will, cuz that's not how anxiety works. Thanks for coming to my Tedtalk.

Sorry for you hears some encouragement. I've screwed up a few times, I turned my failures into success. I don't fail, I learn. I'm one of the best in my martial arts program, because I didn't stop to think did I do good enough? I still have people who are better than me. I aspire to do as good then go beyond what they are. Please do the same, it helps trust me I know.

correct. Try having a massive fear of something and turn it into a massive fear of everything. Panic attacks are fucking annoying Constantly worrying if I said something wrong But I never tell people because I worry about burdening them Worry constantly over the little things I'm terrified of driving because, despite being supposedly a natural according to my dad, I'm terrified of hitting someone or damaging property whether my own or someone else's property. I get motion sick in cars even if I'm not driving because I'm constantly worried about if the car is gonna crash And it's ironic because I also don't care if I die. Joy of having both huh? And just like anxiety people tell people with depression to just 'be happy' and 'it'll get better' WHEN!? When does it get better!? Because I keep fucking getting told this and it hasn't fucking happened yet! People say 18 is when you can be happy finally but I turned 18 ages ago! When is it getting better!? When!? I'm now having to take medication for all of this when is supposedly should've been gone by now. Anxiety and depression fucking sucks, man. Having anxiety and depression is like- I'm scared and tired at the same time. I fear failure, but have no urge to do anything. I want friends, but hate social interaction. I wanna be alone, but don't wanna be lonely. It's feeling everything at once then feeling nothing.
