...in this month i was diagnosed multiple sclerosis after living my whole life healthy, sports, food, no drugs, no alcohol etc. I was very sad the night in hospital. Not so much coz of me, but thinking about my wife, children, whole family... after reciting surah Ta-Ha and reciting it...day after that one it was like God put again the bullet proof vest on my chest and i felt no more sadness. God is great and we should always be connected 24-7 with our heart and brain no matter what difficult situations we will encounter in our short lives. peace be upon you all good fellas

The problem is with your ability to extract the wisdom within it. Two people can here the roaring of an engine.. one will hear nothing but the noise. Another with hear and pinpoint an issue or possible issue.. a producer will understand music the way a fanboy wont.. the same for poetry, sewing clothing.. If you want something deeper take fiqh or hadith courses.. Just the science of the arabic language is deeper than most even know. If you need more and are unable to extract the knowledge then go sit down with a teacher.. Dont sit behind a screen and retype the same comment over and over..

Being a person who battles with Anxiety but at the same time is a strong believer of Allah and the Quraan, this Khutbah was everything. It helped me shed some light on taboo topics such as depression and anxiety in the Muslim community. Barak Allah feek.

I was so depressed and upset about my health. But after this lecture my iman lifted.

I can relate. 2 months ago, I took an external exam and I was so sure I failed it as I couldn't answer half of the paper. I was so afraid of failing and repeating the same year all over again like others before me. My iman was fluctuating because of this and my health declined due to stress. Last week the result came in that I passed. I couldn't believe it. I feel so relieved now. Thank God.

15 years ago when I faced a problem I started the recitation of Surah Ta Ha and how Allah tells Moosa Alaihissalaam 's mother to leave him in the sea then promises ke hum tumhari aankh aur dil thanda karenge..the urdu translation of that which I remember. I would cry in His presence and had yaqeen how Allah comforted her HE will ccomfort me too and I did get out of that situation. But sabr is important. May Allah bless Bhai Nouman.

Mental illness, i was severely anxious about my future. I prayed and prayed and I am now feeling better. In addition to praying I went to meet the psychiatrist and took tablets for 2 days. Now I feel much better. So my friends here, if you are extremely sad or anxious about the future, try meeting a doctor or psychologist. It's not a shame. It's the hormones in our brain making you feel that way. Mental illness is like any other disease or illness. So friends please trust Allah and as Allah said we have to do our part as well by meeting a doctor.....

May you get the rewards/ajr you deserve for sharing the Qur'anic teachings in such a way that really speaks to us in this day and age. Jazak Allah

'Having high imaan doesn't mean the problem disappears; it helps you navigate and endure through the difficulties'. Very true. I remember experiencing a problem in life, and my imaan wasn't that high, and my knowledge of Islam was litte. It was very hard to endure and nothing eased me. Although I prayed and made dua, it still did not remove my anxieties and worries related to that. However now, after gaining more knowledge about Islam, and as a result becoming more pious, I feel reassured. Knowledge is so important. We need to balance between knowing the religion through our heads, and connecting through our hearts.

Yarab..I always pray when my time comes to be among those that angels comfort in death after a long liftime of tribulations sadness, loss after loss and for sorrow anger..I ask almighty God that Malak Al Mawt be kind and smile at me "there is no fear, no grieve, no pain and agony anymore"..Yarahman ya Raheem tell angels to be nice to me in my death, I haven't get the peace, love, or care i was longing in this Dunya . . اللهم توفني مسلما و ألحقني بالصالحين امين .

I love the way you talk about family crisis all the time. people thought if we talk about family it's a sin. family is always right but i believe there are no rules like that in Islam. you're only responsible for your own deeds. sometimes family makes you a sick person and you can't just leave this. you have to deal with it every day. I believe Allah will give us the good results for every bit of struggle we're going through in our daily life. Allah knows the best.

Happiness is seeing new upload from bayyinah institute 😍😍

Today I told some people in authority that I have alopecia. It was necessary but difficult to tell them because it was reliving a past and also I was afraid of what will come from them. I came home crying because I didn’t like their reaction. I was also afraid of how differently they are going to see me in the future. But this video here helped me relax my heart a little. I hope my heart is strengthened by Allah and I can work again between them with confidence and ease.

I love brother Nouman Ali Khan for the great dawaa he gives that has helped me incredibly in understanding different aspects of our religion. As a mainly English speaker his lectures have served to help me turn back to Allah SWT during some of the most difficult hardships in my life. I pray that brother Nouman Ali Khan is forgiven for his sins and that he is granted al-Firdaws al-A‘la by Allah SWT, ameen.

Rosulullah PBUH used to do istighfar alot. 70-100times before bed time (not including on other hours) He who's been guaranteed Jannah did that, it's only natural if we want to do as much at least since we don't even know yet if we'll reach Jannah or not. @Jas The simplest one you can say: اَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ الْعَظِيْمَ (astagfirullahal adziim) It means "I seek forgiveness from Allah The Mighty" And there is this one called sayyidul istighfar, a longer one and it's really recommended by some hadits: اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لا إِلَهَ إِلا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَمَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ لَكَ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلا أَنْتَ Allahumma anta Rabbi la ilaha illa anta, Anta Khalaqtani wa ana abduka, wa ana 'ala ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, A'udhu bika min Sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u Laka bini'matika 'alaiya, wa Abu Laka bidhanbi faghfirli innahu la yaghfiru adhdhunuba illa anta (O Allah! You are my Lord! None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave, and I am faithful to my covenant and my promise as much as I can. I seek refuge with You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.) You can say it at all times to ask forgiveness except when you're at place where it's not allowed to mention Allah's names. (i.e: bathroom, toilet) May it benefits you. Tabarakallah.

May Allah give you the greatest reward in dunya and akhirah and make things easy for you in your life like you make it easier for us to understand the Ayat of Allah.
