I dimly remember that Torb turrets could do that, yes. Junkrat's steeltrap could "swallow" healthpacks if placed on top of or adjacent to a healthpack if the trap was damaged, and his RIPtire could heal itself by rolling across one. But one day Blizzard secretly patched that away... I think it was around the time of the Summer Games event, if I remember correctly. One day after some patch I let my tire roll over a pack during a match but it didn't do anything anymore, and when I checked in the Training map, yep... didn't work anymore. It was probably an unintentioned bug in the first place, otherwise Blizzard would have openly announced they had changed it.

So, the real question is, when will we finally have a name for this little cluster of Overwatch KZreadrs? You've got Muselk, Zylbrad, Tyrodin, Bazza, Oasis, Neptune, ShenPai, and probably half a dozen more that I forgot about. But despite the size of the group and the shared viewership, it doesn't have an official name. The Cancer Crew is ok, but i looked it up and someone already has that name. I'm partial to Cancer Incorporated, but I'm not too attached.
