@@mullemeck5015 People tend to upload their videos before they go public so that KZread's bots can scan it for copyright violations. Since the video is still private, a copyright holder can't claim revenue, but the KZreadr knows if their video is likely to be claimed upon being made public. I'm guessing this comment was put on when the video was uploaded to be checked by KZread's bot, but the time on the video is from when it went public and people can actually view it.

All the talk I have heard says he is still pretty bad, but I think his changes show a cool new base and he has alot of potential to be more fun.

@@thatoneguy9983 i may be misremembering it entirely, but im fairly sure theyve acknowledged bastion's ability to rocket jump before (of course before this alpha footage so context might be different). also, i didnt actually finish watching before so i didnt see how much bigger his rocket jump is now, i understand why you have this potential concern. i hope it stays too

Bastion could always rocket jump in his tank form, so it's very intended, they wanted to keep it in the game

I guess the downside of Bastion rework is no healing... I'll take that! Crazy mobility, sticky bomb and mortar instead of old ult = omegalul

Dont get how. You guys all say this until the game comes out and ranked releases. Then everyone will realize one tank and 4 others against an op bastion is not fun and less enjoyable than getting 1 shotted by a hanzo or widow.

@@scheherazade2291 eh that’s not a big deal anymore really, put him with a pocket mercy and that’s all solved lol

So bastion went from being stationary a lot of the time (more and more the lower rank you go) to having ridiculous vertical movement. So he will feed more quickly in lower ranks and be about as annoying as ever in higher ranks. But maybe more fun in higher ranks. Hopefully 😅

Bastion actually seems fun for a change, hopefully they don't remove this.

seeing you get wild with all new types of movement tech brought a lil tear to my eye. its so good to see you man!

The added audio of hearing a teammate die is great tbh. I’m not the greatest player so it’ll help me better when I need to back off from a fight when most of my team is picked off. Hope they don’t change it tbh 😂

He got nerfed already ;-; now he does way less dmg, and can only stay in sentry a set amount of time from what I heard ;-; bastion was an s tier hero for a whole day… In the mighty words of The Godfather “look how they massacred my boy…”

@@leviuzumaki3903 this was actually part of the rework, he isn't supposed to literally melt people in seconds anymore, but still has good dps, his recon configuration is actually good now and sentry mode doesn't last infinitely and has an actual cd now in exchange for being able to actually move while it's active. Plus his new ult can literally 1-shot most heroes from across the map, but it's not as easily farmable as it used to be

@@mattphyx yeah your right I just saw newer gameplay that was implementing more of the nerfs and he’s still insanely strong, which I personally see as a good thing!!! I’m honestly very excited because I personally love playing bastion but always disliked how immobile he was without his ult so this is a very welcome change!!

He should be nerfed, being able to move while in turret form. A bomb that bounces off walls and can kill multiple enemies if close enough (Something Tracer's ult can barely fucking accomplish) This looks like complete dogshit and will be OP right outta the gate.

Idk why, but that new Kill-Sound slaps different.

One little sound detail that I like is that they added the "Your teammate died" alarm from the death match modes to the main modes, so people with less awareness will at least be able to hear the sound, if they're too tunnel-visioned to look at the kill feed. Not a huge change and probably won't help much, but it is a nice small touch.
