No reserve setup. We have to giveaway the setup whether we sell 1 shirt or a million shirts. That’s what it means to be backed by a third party federally legal sweepstakes company. Basically protects customers like you so that the giveaway is fully conducted as we say it will be and at the end of it all, given away to its new owner. I hope that helps!

Great question! If you head to our website and check under “Rules”, you’ll see all the legal aspects of this giveaway. All legitimately done giveaways you see, including ours, will have a 3rd party sweepstakes company facilitating our giveaway. Their job is to protect YOU and to keep companies like us in check to make sure everything is done fairly, legally, and that everything is honest. We specifically use Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC. That also means at the end of each and every giveaway, we send your entries to them and they draw out a winner out of the pot. Forbidden Adventures does NOT pick any winners or conduct any drawings. They will then do a background check to make sure the winner is over 18, lives within the 48 states +Canada, etc, and proceed to contact the winner FIRST via phone call.
