Puttaswami Vs Union of India, Aruna Rao Vs Union of India one of among those writ which was filed for right to privacy.

As per supreme court if the assessee do have pan card and aadhar card it is compulsory to link with the same. But if the assessee do not have aadhar card then there is no compulsion for enrollment And he can file any places with 12-0 or 1to12 number as exemption...
