What is the power factor ? You can get any funny reading at no load with low power factor. You are measuring VA at different power factors. What is the watts ?

For better efficiency you just need to use a gear box then low input will be source of high efficiency

Με δίχως αντίδραση το μοτέρ των 15kw δεν καταναλώνει παραπάνω από 4kw. Δηλαδή δίνεις 6kw τόσο είναι τα 5,5 amper και στις 3φασεις και παίρνεις 4 kw

Hello Your Output (365vac 9.8amps X = 3600 watts) is not even under load. obviously reading measures changes when the power output is under load. do it by connecting a load equivalent to the capacity of the generator. so we can read the real action in an electric configuration under load ( a device that consumes ) ... in your configuration the load is an engine "free to run" without any constraint ! seriously ? ... but I encourage you review your prototype and test it correctly (under load)

helo , and thank you .. little clarificatons (explain) one motor like as this ..three phase 15kw ,, in star conection work by 2.5 amper without extremal load ..ok . in delta conect It works like as resistor biger .in delta conect this motor need aprox 11 amper ..i have conect in delta to create one resistor thre phase .. the velder machine 180 amper when is conect in 230 volt single phase work with 4.5 amper as resistor self consupsion .without extremal power.. ok..i have conect the velder machine phase+phase in 380 volt .. as result the resistance to transformer circuit is biger than 20 amper .. the final result i have full load resistor three phase .. but my anglisht lenguage is not perfect and you dont understanding this machinery.. i live in Greece .. speak vell greek learen but here dont exist inteligjent man ,, the machinery need one lider to make big job..

I know what is a three-phase machine , synchronous or asynchronous , wired in star or delta , PGM or with cage that need excitement ... which is an inductive load or a resistive one. also I understand your configuration and It's logical the measures gathered ... but only when there is no load . in this kind of situation, if the engine is less powerful than the generator the measurement readings will necessarily show more amps input than the output at the same voltage. it's time to put the generator under the maximum load corresponding to its characteristics ... as the functional character of this kind of installation becomes evident. but it does not matter I had the answer to my question, indirectly but I got it thank you again

The test motor might run coz there's no load yet at all.Try to mount a 3" centrifugal pump around 20ft deep below the ground,then both of you will going to find out if that will going to run.
