The overseers were my favorite medieval faction honestly. They immediately took my heart because of how cool they looked compared to the rest, you nailed the reason I liked it. I always thought overseers existed to keep peace between the factions and were as you said, superior to the rest.

I've never taken a look if the Overseers have any lore behind them. I always thought they were the most rich group when it comes to their lore. They seemed the most attractive out of all the clans. Thank you for making this video, really appreciate it!

It is rather interesting to see a video about the Overseers considering they never had any actual lore or group, from what I know and have heard they were only intended by Roblox as a item and toy brand. Though how the Roblox community have managed to create groups and lore about it amazes and mesmerises me. It would be great to see videos about the space lore.

Meeboids need a faction like this this! They have two hats though the classic Meeboid head says " Meeboids are a peace-loving race, however, since they look so sinister they are hunted throughout the galaxy. " and the Murderous Meeboid says "This sinister creature isn’t interested in baking cookies and singing songs." This means the Meeboids are most likely a friendly faction. There enemy could be the orinthians because there in space and that is kind of it.

I love these lore videos, I’m glad you’ve made another. I think I’m seriously addicted.

I’ve always wondered what the Overseer series of items we’re connected to… (Well, obviously it’s connected to the Overseer, but I never knew his backstory.)

something else I've noticed is that the models for the various overseer items are far more rarely used in games, whereas almost all of the other clans have had their stuff, especially armor models, appear in other games many times, sometimes reskinned(such as the sunken warrior set and Theos' original armor back in Arcane Adventures), or not, such as is the case with starscape's armors(RIP starscape, so much potential down the drain)

I've been waiting for this video since I saw the first clan lore video. The Overseers have always been my favorite of the different clans on Roblox, and as a kid I spent a long time in Catalog Heaven crafting the perfect Overseer outfit, which I've only been able to procure over the last few years. I'm satisfied with this story for the Overseers, and hope that their lore gets expanded in the future.

Actually it makes sense that there's barely any lore about them is Chaos is their philosophy and they purposely make their ranks as convoluted as possible to confuse outsiders

Very glad you made a video about the Overseers, I've always had an interest in the Overseers but never really knew the lore and story of them. Great video!

earlier you said that that the overseers have a chaotic unknowable hierarchy but then later described their hierarchy in great detail. This feels a little bit like a contradiction but it could just as reasonably be said that there is a written hierarchy that isn't regularly followed and instead used more like a guideline. The video might have needed to expand on that chaos idea.

It's more like they appear that way, there is a structure but they like to make the structure look different to how it actually is. Maybe a general pretends he's the big guy and enemies believe him because he's undefeatable but then later they find out he lied. Also nobody knows where the king is, probably finding lore about the undersmellers.

I absolutely love these videos. They are super engaging and are great for binge watching. I hope to see more of this soon!

I hope more people are recommended/introduced to these types of lore videos. There's not too many people who make videos about roblox avatar lore so I feel like it's a very under appreciated part of roblox. Great jobs on the videos.

GOD,these videos are interesting. I just love to be introduced to roblox lore,or lore of smaller parts of roblox. Pretty tragic that the god of the Overseers had to go down like that. I think the only time i have seen people related to these kingdoms is in a game called HOURS..of course,after the avatars. Great work Nitrolord!! User Aionyte here, One thing that was not mentioned in this video, Overseers were nearly added to the ROBLOXIA canon when a couple friends and I had finally received endorsement for our Overseer group from an administrator named Aragnok. He joined and the group was set up, but when we spoke with Sorcus, it was clear that he did not want them included in our final lore. We were devastated as it took quite a while to get an administrator on board with the project, and we had worked so hard to find a very experienced leadership team too.

I've been waiting for this for 9 years

I really loved the ideas of these clans, from the first day I found out about them (LOOOONG AGO) til this day. My favourites were always the emerald knights and korblox. When I was finally able to buy the "korblox general" package, I was overjoyed. I miss seeing the old OG avatars of 2013 and earlier. Nowadays it is mainly just cosplayers of the same characters, trolls and emos.

2011 player here. I remembering being fascinated by the Guardia (My avatar had a Guardia in Exile) and the Overseers. I didn't know anything about the latter. Now I know a bit more. I stopped playing a few years ago, but this was a nice trip down memory lane. Thanks for this!

Love to see a video about the Emerald Knights of the Seventh Sanctum, they're mentioned in some redcliff lore but I haven't seen an active group.

I remember playing a roleplay game with all 4 (except the splintered skys) back in like 2014, good times.

I've always loved the Overseer packages, gives me crazy nostalgia to 2014 when Bereghost used to use it. Time flies so fast.

oly moly thx nitro, I first seen overseers are in medieval warfare, kinda relieved what is overseers after watching the video

Man i normally dont like commenting on videos but i cant help myself on this one. When i first saw The Overseer, i immediately fell in love with it. It's design, the colors, and the eyes made it very apealing to me, they reminded me a lot of Sauron from LoTR. As soon as i could i bought the 2k package and made my whole avatar based on them, but there was always one piece of the avatar that was missing for me, which was the eye (too damn expensive). My love for these armored creatures kept growing, so much so that i literally bought the Overseer toy, painted The eye into a giant styrofoam ball, made The Overseer into a marionette, painted multiple drawings of him and even recreated The Overseer's warlord sword in real life with wood. It is sad to me that this community doesn't get the recognition it deserves, and because of that, my interest was slowly lowering each day until my friend randomly sent me this video today (as I am writing this). I enjoyed every bit of it and my interest is now spiked once again. i most certainly loved the story and the existance of Irakonan only proves my point that The Overseers are definitely somewhat inspired by Sauron.

All of the item clans were very know in rpg. I remmeber seeing alot of these items being used in rpg back in 2011-2016
