In all fairness, you guys played backup QBs in 3 of those games. You guys are competitive for sure, but this division is a bit too loaded to tell right now. The bengals were 0/6 in division and still had a shot at the playoffs down the stretch with their backup QB, the browns have the best roster in division as of right now, and the ravens are coming off their 3rd division win in 6 years + a 2 time MVP QB. The North will be very exciting to watch this year!

Russ couldn’t play Payton’s offence. It was completely dumbed down for him. He can’t throw across the middle, which is a staple in Smith’s offence. He’s not getting any faster, he’s in a division with 3 extremely tough opponents. And we haven’t seen “good” Russ in 3 years and counting. Never mind how he reacts to not being anointed on day one… Look, I understand the gamble. It’s low risk, high reward. Even at the top end though I don’t see Wilson in 2024 putting the Steelers over the top.

The thing about AFC north is...every team has a good chance to win that division. Honestly saying any team WILL win it preseason is an overreaction. With Russ added to Steelers, that division is absolutely STACKED.

Especially on the Steelers. All they need is a slightly above average QB to run that offense with all the weapons they have. They can be run first and operate off PA. There's no guarantees that they make a deep run but they definitely improved at the QB position

I heard the Bronco's were a QB away from doing great things and they went from 7-10 to 5-12 with Wilson. So I'll take the under with anything happening with him, especially in what I view as a harder division than the AFC west.

If Darnold can't do well with those receivers, he probably is a true bust. But I think he's had time to step back, learn from a good coach and will be a pretty solid player for the Vikings.

Does anyone even notice the Steelers went 5-1 in the best division last season? They even did it with crappy QB play and Matt Canada's offense. The Steelers have way better odds to win the division this year.

Rudolph didn't "show it's not as tough as it looks" he actually played the 2nd game after they fired the OC and both him and Kenny looked liked different QBs without Canada calling plays. Everyone just erased an away division win by Kenny in his first game without Canada lol
