Hey bestie take out some time for yourself. No matter if you have exams coming up or your job is stressing you out. Start from small things like getting enough rest, eating on time and stuff like that, give time to yourself. Do things to make yourself happy. And mostly, for god's sake, take a break from social media. And instead focus on your *hobbies* in the offline world. Things like yoga or meditations can help too.

You can also try talking about your condition or problems with friends or family but if you don't feel comfortable enough for that then this is where you use internet. You can talk to therapy bots or meet people online and tell them about it. They don't know you personally and that's why you tell them about it..
