This is an excellent video. I really like the sound of it. Doesn't sound like the background music to a horror movie at all (as one of the reviewers has stated). Even the periodic dog barking in the distant background doesn't seem distracting for some reason. I usually listen to this while watching television, while on my computer (in an open tab), and also while sleeping. I don't listen every day, but I try to get a listen every other day or so. There's only one thing I would suggest. Create a shorter version with the exact same sounds and silent affirmations. This way I can loop it without my data or wireless having to be on. My phone only has 16GB memory (it's usually enough for what I need to do), but a shorter video of 11-15 minutes allows me to loop the video without connection to the internet after the video plays at least once all the way through. The shorter video that you now have has music playing -- and music gets old pretty fast once you hear it over and over and over again. I also want to say that I sense things around me with this video. Not all the time. I even get very quick visuals of someone standing directly in my field of vision. Not out of the corner of my eye. Directly in front of me. I don't feel anything negative in these presences. I just see it for a split second. It startles me for a moment and then I usually say out loud (as acknowledgement) "I saw that." I know that'll sound nuts to some people, but it is what it is. The energy around me is positive so I don't mind it. It's very rare that I feel anything negative, but negative energy is easily recognizable. And when negative energy knows it's being recognized, it doesn't usually linger. It has no real power if you know what it is and tell it to leave. There is a popular saying that is often quoted by preachers: “The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.” I always say don't ignore what you're feeling. If you feel uncomfortable, it may be something that doesn't have your best interests at heart. Acknowledge what your feeling. In any case, this video seems to be increasing some clairvoyance in me. I've always been clairsentient (feeling things -- since childhood; I feel what people are feeling) -- but since listening to this video, I now seem to be getting some additional visual impressions around me. Oddly enough, I've always been of a frame of mind that I did NOT want to be clairvoyant. I never wanted to see spirits or ghosts or other things that are not usually visible to the naked eye. It was enough to feel them, but this audio / video is changing that for me. Maybe I'm ready for that now. Maybe. In closing, I agree with another reviewer here. Don't change a thing (except for maybe making a shorter version). It's perfect the way it is.
