Christian and Nate head up into the Mendocino National forest near (Pillsbury Lake) in Northern California to find a few places we've never been before and explore but almost get shot by unsafe guys at a nearby shooting range. I really do enjoy your videos. 17:20 a control board like that is what I need to clean up the rat nest under my hood. Would you mind telling me what brand that is?

There is a trail that goes through there but I would not camp in that flat area by the airplane landing strip and at the end of that strip is the so-called shooting range people shouldn’t be shooting to the right or to the left only straightahead, I would just get out of the Pillsbury flat area and get into the back country. I go up there all the time and camp hike backpack etc. lots of places to explore.

It’s not called the Emerald Triangle for nothing! Whole new level of excitement in cartel country.

common sense is a two way road my guy. If you knew there was a shooting area and you knew you were close, just dont go that way, have to assume the shooters arent paying attention AND dont have common sense. I've run across tons of shooting areas while riding dirt bikes and have seen barricade tape used to cordone off the shooting area in a CLEAR area where OHV traffic is present, just stupid. A piece of ribbon isnt going to stop a SXS blasting down a river wash.

They literally did the common sense thing to do but the shooters were obviously not paying attention to their surroundings and the boys got out the second they saw the danger. There’s plenty of places that drive by shooting ranges where people don’t change direction of their shooting, away from a berm to whiz bullets towards cars. You can see cars clear as day from that shooting spot and can absolutely hear horns honking even with ears in. Had the shooters been responsible, it wouldn’t have been an issue…could the route been avoided? Possibly…but it was not out of lack of common sense, it was an error in judgment by trusting people who should know better.

@@RogueElement thats literally what i just said "have to assume the shooters arent paying attention AND dont have common sense", assuming the shooters knew what they were doing was the lack of common sense on your part. The shooters lack of common sense and lack of attention was the error on their part. Accept your lack of common sense by assuming. It happens to everyone. Learn from it and you're good to go.
