Overhaul of Peiner-SMAG Grab

One of our principal’s vessel has Smag Grab failure. Problem is grab is closing but opening automatically slowly. According to my investigations there is internal leakage or non-return valves problem. Vessel have spare grab cylinder seals but no have spare non-return valves.
However vessel no have special tools for dismantling cylinder. Special tools and grab.
your lucky if company give you a new complete cylinder..

Sir good day.. depende sa pagamit ng remote kasi yung grab namin ay normaly open.. pag nakasara yan naka sara ang solinoid valve.. tapos kailngan pindotin ang remote para mag bukas sya tapos ibaba yung traverse witch is the piston cylinder hanggang somagad tapos hilain ng crane para mag sarado... rotation lang sir..yung remote gamit lang non mag bukas ng grab kasi walang motor yung grab na inoberhol namin.
