It's amazing that you got help from councillors but it feels so unfair. I self-harm quite badly and I've almost died a few times but professionals just say "do a puzzle" or "read a book" and it's horrible thinking no one cares about me and it would be better if I wasn't wasting their time, stuff like that. I'm still glad you're getting help :)
