Overcrowding in South African prisons
Correctional Services authorities have conceded that overcrowding in South African prisons means that some of the basic services for inmates cannot be guaranteed. Figures presented to Parliament have revealed that there are over 144 000 prisoners currently incarcerated in the country's prisons.

Exactly I've seen those videos there it's the worse of the worse.you even sleep on the floor
What about clearance of their criminal record to avoid them not comedy a crime again between population outside because they won't get the Job then how they going to support their family and their self interms of the poverty outside Jail?
Here is an idea: Let the people being found guilty of corruption within the ANC and EFF pay for new prisons.
High rate of unemployment .... Retrenchments ..... Poverty .... Increasing crime statistics .... Coursing prisons overcrowding. Just connecting the dots.
Wow look almost 100% BEE prisoners, must be a proud moment in SA make it a public holiday.

People go to prison for different reasons, worst case scenario here, if by chance one of your parent got senteced for defeating the ends of justice by anyway you can thnk of, will you say the same?

@@xnxo7237 My life experience led me to acknowledge that from age of majority we/people (with you included) had differently committed blameworthy acts but we never tried for.
